Tea, which is indispensable for breakfasts, is among the first drinks served when visiting. Even when they’re inviting each other, they are told “Come to drink tea.”
Of course, tea alone is great, but if you have something to eat with it, then it’s even better.
It can be drunk with dessert, and it can also be drunk with salty food. A lot of things can be listed among them. Salty cake is also a delicious cake served alongside tea.
How to Make a Salty Cake?
- 3 eggs (one’s yolk will be reserved for the topping),
- 1 glass of flower oil,
- 1 glass of yogurt,
- 2.5 glasses of flour,
- Baking powder,
- 1 grated potato,
- 1 grated onion,
- A pinch of parsley,
- A pinch of dill,
- Salt, pepper, chili pepper,
- For the topping; sesame seeds, black sesame.
Eggs, oil, yogurt are mixed, flour and baking soda are added and mixed. The remaining ingredients are added and mixed. It is poured into the greased baking dish. Egg yolks are applied on top, sesame seeds and black sesames are sprinkled. It is cooked until roasted at 180 degrees. It is cut into squares and taken to a serving plate. And served with tea.
